This was an extremely stressful weekend. I felt overwhelmed and tired as the weekend ended. Not to mention, I was not prepared in any way for the new week. Well, I was somewhat prepared because I went grocery shopping and stopped by GNC to get all the supplements needed. If it wasn't for my fiance stepping up and making some preparations, I would have to delay starting this challenge for yet another day.
Because I got out of bed late and had no energy, I decided that I would start disc 1 of the Insanity Workout Video this evening. Since I spend a lot of time in the bathroom at work (drink way too much water), I've decided that I'll sneak in a workout every time I take a bathroom break.
The best thing for me to do would be to blog tomorrow about what actions I've taken today to get the body that I want. Tomorrow I'll share what foods I ate today, what my bathroom workout routine was, how I did with all other related aspects.

GETTING CLEAR
Hello Readers,
Those of you who have read my other blog "Creating Amazing Lives" (http://creatingamazinglives.blogspot.com/) will know that I am on a quest to completely transform my life. One of the areas that I believe is critical to living and creating an amazing life is Physical Mastery. My interpretation of Physical Mastery is:
1. Having increased vitality and energy.
2. Nourishing my body with clean/ healthy foods.
3. Being fit.
4. Having an incredibly toned body.
I have made many attempts at transforming my body but I have always slipped back into my bad habits. I have a tendency to procrastinate when it comes to working out. The second problem that I have faced in the past, is my obsession to start things only at the beginning of the week. This usually means that if I don't eat well once during the week, I squash all efforts until the beginning of the following week.
Like my blog "Creating Amazing Lives", I started this blog in the hopes that we could not only provide support, motivation and encouragement to each other, but that we would hold each other accountable. I intend to track my workout and nutrition and also share with you any references that I find useful.
I have been in possession of both the P90X workout program for about 3 years and Insanity workout program for a little over a month. From Monday September 27, 2010 I am committed to the Insanity workout. I am also committing to cleaning up my diet.
I believe that together we can create some "kick ass bodies", we can increase our energy and we can finally cross off "get six pack abs" from our to-do list.
